V 235 saw

The V 235 model is a slat-cutting saw enabling to cut slats under a 45-degree angle with two blades. The blades have a diameter of 350mm. Blades drop pneumatically, and slats are also clamped using pneumatic means. The maximum cutting width at a 45-degree angle is 110mm with a height of 80mm.

T55 300 SACA saw

The T55 – 300 SACA is a saw for cutting slats under different angles, ranging from 45 to 90 degrees. The saw consists of a 1.3 KS engine with 3000 revolutions per minute, a Widia blade with a diameter of 300mm and 96 teeth, with a maximum cutting width under a 45-degree angle being 105mm and the height being 78mm. It also includes a couple of measuring panels of 120cm, a base with a vacuum cleaner, a PVC limiter for obtaining a 45-degree angle, a horizontal manual slat fastener and a device for a quick angle adjustment.

It consists of:

• a double-stroke pedal,
• a work unit,
• a preparatory group and
• a pair of slat seats.

Properties:

• horizontal and vertical frame clamping,
• the dimensions of the staples used are 4, 7, 10, 12 and 15mm,

Method of use:

You can choose between manual and automatic cycle. You can also regulate how quickly the vertical and the horizontal fasteners drop. The machine also contains a pneumatic block of the horizontal restrictor. Its dimensions are 35×45×32cm and it weighs 31kg. The machine is suitable for small serial production.

Method of use:

You can choose between manual and automatic cycle, and you can also regulate how quickly the vertical and the horizontal fasteners drop. In the automatic cycle, the insertion position and the number of used staples can be determined.

• You can use the knife to make a V- cut.

Manual pistol F15

The F15 manual pistol is used to attach flexible F15 slats which are used to seal pictures. The advantage of flexible slats is that the picture can be replaced without damaging the frame.

Manual pistol F18

The F18 manual pistol is used to attach F18 nails right next to the edge of the slat. It is suitable for fixing cardboard on a frame.

Pneumatic pistol F15

The pneumatic pistol F15 has the same purpose as the F15 manual pistol, but is both quicker and more powerful.

Pneumatic pistol F18

Just like the manual pistol, the F18 pneumatic pistol is used to attach nails to a frame, but is much lighter and quicker.
